We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can help lead a high-caliber team while managing the sales floor process and working directly with customers and the sales team. This role ensures the sales process is followed correctly and supports salespeople in moving customers to the next step when needed.

The ideal candidate is both sales- and team-oriented, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and maintains professionalism at all times. If you have the experience and the ability to assist in hiring, training, and motivating a sales team, we encourage you to apply.

What we need you to bring to work

• Ability to stay calm, patient and professional.
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Effective communication
• Experience and knowledge of finance operations
• Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the sales process is followed correctly 
• Assist salespeople in closing deals
• Interact with customers
• Monitor customer interactions and actions as necessary
• Work with the sales teams to make sure all tasks are completed and updated within the CRM.
• Conduct sales training including, but not limited to, procedural training, skillset training, phone training, and objection training
• Responsible for the customers, “Wow Factor.” Make sure that every customer receives the full “Bretz Experience.”
• Think outside the box to try to make every deal happen

Education and/or Experience

• Previous experience as a people manager preferably in a retail environment.  RV, Automotive, Implement, Heavy Equipment or like type industries can be a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of leading and motivating teams consisting of 10-20 people  

Schedule

• Full-time
• Saturday & Sunday availability required

Compensation

• Compensation is based on experience and will range from $80k-$120k annually
