RV & Marine Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager who believes in winning the right way. This leader sets high standards, builds strong teams, and drives results through accountability, consistency, and trust. Success in this role comes from developing people, executing a disciplined sales process, and delivering an experience customers choose again and again.

As Sales Manager, you will lead from the front, create momentum on the sales floor, and align daily execution with Bretz RV & Marine’s values and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales performance through clear processes, accountability, and strategy
• Support deal structuring and closing while ensuring the sales process is followed
• Build strong customer relationships and oversee the customer experience
• Conduct ongoing training to develop skills, product knowledge, and confidence
• Partner with leadership to ensure CRM accuracy and operational consistency
• Identify opportunities, solve problems, and keep deals moving forward

What We’re Looking For

• Prior people-management experience, ideally in retail or a high-volume sales environment
• Experience leading teams of 10-20 employees
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to stay composed and decisive in a fast-paced setting
• Comfort with CRM systems, sales metrics, and technology
• Working knowledge of finance processes and structured sales environments
• Industry experience (RV, automotive, heavy equipment, implement, or similar) is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, and climb stairs
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Compensation

• Salary + Commission
• $100,000 – $150,000 annual equivalent
