Compensation & Earning Potential

At Bretz RV & Marine, we offer competitive wages and strong earning potential across a variety of roles. Compensation varies based on position, experience, and performance, with opportunities for both hourly and commission-based earnings.

• Entry-level positions start at $16.66 per hour or more, depending on experience.
• Skilled and management positions offer higher base wages or salary plus commission and performance-based incentives.

As part of our hiring process, you’ll work with a recruiter who will review job-specific compensation details with you. This includes wage structures, bonus opportunities, commission plans, and benefits—all outlined in the official job listing for the role that best fits your skills and experience.

Bretz RV & Marine is a family-owned dealership group with a deep-rooted history in the outdoor adventure industry. Founded in 1967 in Missoula, Montana, we started with a single location. Over the years, we’ve grown into one of the largest RV and marine dealerships in the region, with multiple locations across Montana, Idaho, and Washington.
